AMEND line 25 by striking the word "The" and inserting the following in lieu thereof:

In any county in which there is located a national forest and which is traversed both by U.S. Highway 72 and U.S. Highway 78, the

AMEND FURTHER by inserting the word "such" after the word "any" on lines 25, 26, 38 and 39.

AMEND FURTHER, the title, by inserting before the word "COUNTIES" on line 1 the word "CERTAIN" and by inserting the word "SUCH" after the word "ANY" on lines 4 and 5.
